Participant A: lost the most fat (10.6 lbs.) and the most inches (6 ¾”)
and gained the second most amount of muscle (2.1 lbs)
Participant B: came in second place for fat loss (10.5 lbs. – so close!), second for inches lost (5 ¼”)
and third in muscle gain (2.0 lbs)
Participant D: third place for fat loss (9.3 lbs.), 5th for inches lost (3.0”) and first for most muscle gained (2.4 lbs)
